Progressive Systems (UK) Ltd is a local family business established over 20 years in the supply of specialist automatic roller and sectional garage doors to the Swindon area.

We have a number of established trade customers in the Swindon area who we have supplied for all these years. We pride ourselves on giving the best technical advice and back up support we possibly can.

In addition to our trade customer base, we supply domestic customers with our roller and sectional garage doors. We provide a full survey and installation service with help and support at every stage.

A key project we have worked on was for Swindon Commercial Services, the commercial arm recruited by Swindon Borough Council.

The requirement was for 20 x bespoke motorised security shutters in a special blue colour for 15 retail outlets. Special electronic controls were installed to enable key opening from both inside and outside properties. In addition we designed special slimline boxes in order to accommodate their requirement to minimise visual impact of the security shutter boxes aswell as anti lift facilities for maximum security against theft.

Tight time schedules needed to be adhered to as well as all the necessary health and safety requirements including working at height, insurance liabilities, method statements and risk assessments.

We were contacted By Mr and Mrs Dixon in Swindon, who wished to replace there old existing up and over doors with automatic insulated doors. Following a visit to meet with the customers and survey the garage, Mr and Mrs Dixon opted for two insulated sectional doors (40mm thick insulated panels) with a centre ribbed smooth panel design. Both doors were made to measure (as standard) for a perfect fit the two slightly different sized garage openings. White UPVC trim was installed to the underside of the steel lintels and to the brick reveals for a neat and tidy finish.
