Installation.
I cannot rate the two men who installed the door highly enough. Both were totally professional. Their friendly, informative and calm approach quickly gave me confidence that the job would be a good one. They put in extra effort to flatten the bumpy and uneven cotswold stone concrete blocks before fixing the side glides. The external appearance was carefully constructed, its looks great. The explanation of the door mechanism and operation was excellent. Nothing was rushed and care was taken to do a first class job. Their experience in installing these doors was clear to see.

Progressive Systems UK was recommended to us by a friend. From making the initial enquiry through to the installation everything went very smoothly. We decided to replace our metal double garage door as it was heavy to open and spot welds and rivets were failing. Simon came out to explain about a new door, our best option and to measure up. Hi Simon, Megan, Louise and all at Progressive Systems I haven't yet been able to use the awning much, but I'm very happy with it. I did bring it down a couple of days last week, and it was excellent - ensuring I was shaded whilst washing up and clearing the sink. It was lovely. I could have tested the vibration wind sensor today, and although I'm sure it would have worked beautifully the blind would have got thoroughly wet which I didn't think was a good idea. Anyway - thank you for all the organisation and installation. Very efficient, and an excellent result.

I needed to replace my existing 30 year old up & over garage door with something modern. I thought that a sectional door would be a suitable option and should offer many advantages but did I really want the hassle and more importantly would I get what i Wanted or something the installer felt would suffice! After researching several companies to supply and fit a garage door for us we decided to use Progressive Systems. The initial contact to arrange a visit for a quote was quick and easy and within a few days Simon came to the house, measured up and explained our options in relation to colours, security levels etc, all very friendly and no pushy sales techniques.

Once we had agreed to go ahead a suitable date was set, the 2 fitters arrived spot on time and got straight to work. They were efficient and clean and answered a few questions I had, the finished product exceeded my expectation with meticulous attention to detail and the finishing touches especially how neat the silicon sealing is completed a fantastic job.

I was recommended PS by a friend and from my first phone call I had reassuring service, all appointments kept and I was well informed of all progress. There may be cheaper quotes on the “net” but I would recommend going for a decent value for money quote from PS where you know you will get a good job and although I haven’t needed them I know they will be there for after service care.

It has been a while since you came and installed our garage door and I thought feedback was long overdue:

I’ve waited a year before leaving this review to live with the door for a while. We had a large motorised sectional door installed to replace a warped up and over door. From the initial contact, through sales visit, installation and after care it has been a very professionally handled experience. The fitting was done to a very high standard in a difficult setting. After installation there was very minor water ingress where the door hit the sill (the concrete floor was not very level so the sill had to cope with a variety of heights), this was quickly addressed to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with the door with the door, the garage is now sealed so no leaves and water can come in, resulting in a warmer, dryer environment for my classic car. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone else looking to install a new door.

Suffice to say we are very happy with the door so thank you for your professionalism and would be happy for you to use our comments on your website if you wish.

I dragged my heels somewhat, but there were no pressured follow-up calls and some 8 months later I placed the order and the original quoted price was honoured.
